حساب العائلة يُنشئه ويديره شخص بالغ (ولي أمر أو وصي). ملفات الأطفال تابعة لحساب ولي الأمر ولا يملك الأطفال حسابات مستقلة أو بيانات دخول خاصة بهم سوى رموز الربط التي يصدرها ولي الأمر. The family account is created and managed by an adult (parent or guardian). Child profiles belong to the parent account; children have no independent accounts or credentials other than the linking codes the parent issues.
2. الاستخدام المقبول2. Acceptable use
- الخدمة للاستخدام الشخصي التعليمي داخل العائلة (وللمعلمين عبر أدوات المعلم). The service is for personal educational use within a family (and for educators via the teacher tools).
- يُحظر محاولة اختراق الخدمة أو التحايل على اقتصاد الجواهر أو استخدام الخدمة لإيذاء الآخرين. Attempting to breach the service, cheat the gem economy, or use the service to harm others is prohibited.
3. الخطط والأسعار3. Plans & pricing
الخطة المجانية تشمل ملف طفل واحد وإحصاءات أساسية. ستتوفر خطة مدفوعة لاحقًا بمزايا إضافية؛ أي أسعار ستُعرض بوضوح قبل الدفع، ولا توجد مشتريات داخل تطبيق الأطفال نفسه. The free plan includes one child profile and basic analytics. A paid plan with extra features will arrive later; any prices will be shown clearly before payment, and there are no purchases inside the kids app itself.
4. الحصالة4. The piggy bank
حصالة المصروف أداة تسجيل تعليمية فقط: الأرقام يدخلها المستخدم يدويًا، ولا تتصل الخدمة بأي بنك أو محفظة أو وسيلة دفع، ولا تُقدَّم أي نصيحة مالية. The pocket-money piggy bank is an educational ledger only: numbers are entered manually, the service connects to no bank, wallet, or payment method, and no financial advice is provided.
5. المحتوى5. Content
المحتوى التعليمي مُعدّ بعناية لكنه لا يغني عن المنهج الرسمي والمعلم. إبداعات الطفل (رسوم وقصص) تبقى ملكًا للعائلة. The learning content is carefully prepared but does not replace the official curriculum or a teacher. A child's creations (drawings, stories) remain the family's property.
6. إخلاء المسؤولية6. Disclaimer
تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» دون ضمانات. مسؤوليتنا تجاهك تقتصر — إلى الحد الذي يجيزه القانون — على ما دفعتَه للخدمة خلال الاثني عشر شهرًا الأخيرة. The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the service in the last twelve months.
7. الإنهاء7. Termination
يمكنك حذف حسابك في أي وقت (انظر سياسة الخصوصية). يجوز لنا إيقاف الحسابات المخالفة لهذه الشروط بعد إشعار معقول ما لم تكن المخالفة جسيمة. You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend accounts violating these terms after reasonable notice, unless the violation is severe.
